East vs. West

Mandy and I went for a drive last night to get some photographs of Christmas lights.

It was during this that we discovered just how dull the people who live in the West End of the Island are. In St. George's just about every house you drive past as you enter the town is decorated. But venture west of the Paget stop-lights and you enter a darkened wasteland where the only sign of Christmas is an occasional illuminated snowflake in an upstairs window.

Come on, you lot. Stop pretending you're more sophisticated than the rest of us and get some lights up.

You know,"Bad Santa," has been enjoying an extended run in the West....Billy Bob Thorton has set the tone in the West and well frankly were all drunk on straight rum and looking for some quality time with Santa's little helpers. If we could only believe in Santa again---and the idea of burning dollar bills in response to Belco's light contests....seems like a good idea for all the stupid people in the East who want to pay the most expensive kilowatt charges in the Universe...In the West were hip and basically Ganstas...We haven't turned in our guns as we want to celebrate the New Year with a bang....now were is that waitress that was giving me all those free shots...she likes my Santa hat and I think she wants to see my car...
Merry Xmas Nasty Wolf^..^
