Caption competition #28
With the news that Bermudians For Referendum are reopening their petition calling for a referendum on independence, it seemed like a fitting time to revisit the moment when the first 14,008 signatures were presented to the Premier earlier this year.
Photoshop entries are also welcomed and should be emailed to me.
Winners will be announced on Sunday.

This box from your predecessor contains three envelopes, to be opened each time you face a crisis. The first one will tell you how to blame the past administration, The second will tell you how to announce that you have a plan to fix the problem, and the third one tells you to prepare three envelopes.
